- 5. Reference Checks: We verify the professional references of the presented candidates.
- 6. Socioeconomic Analysis: If required, we commission an independent analysis of the candidate’s socioeconomic context.
- 7. Personalized Interview: We conduct an in-person session to explore the candidate’s personality, family background, and professional goals.
- 8. Ongoing Support: We provide follow-up during the first three months to ensure performance and satisfaction for both the client and the new employee.
